Raising children to know and love Jesus in today’s world is a joy, a privilege, and a challenge. Parenting is the most important job you will ever have. How can we maintain a Christ-centered home while juggling jobs, sports, school, and community activities? We find the answer when we rely upon God’s power for help, not our own or the world’s. Family Shield Ministries exists to help Christians go and make disciples. We believe that individuals and their families need to go first into their homes. We want to equip Christian parents and grandparents to share Christ with their children, grandchildren, and extended families. Today we’re going to begin a two-part series entitled, “Go First Into the Home.”<br /><br />Family Shield Ministries, hosted by Kay Meyer, was a self-supporting and self-governing ministry, and a Recognized Service Organization (RSO) of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.
